Insights from Infinityy at the National Fair Housing Alliance Responsible AI Symposium

Responsible AI has quickly become one of the most important topics in real estate. As artificial intelligence becomes embedded in how people search for homes, evaluate neighborhoods, and make buying decisions, the stakes are no longer just about efficiency or innovation. They’re about fairness, access, and accountability.

That’s why Infinityy was honored to take part in the National Fair Housing Alliance (NFHA) Responsible AI Symposium in Washington, D.C., where our VP, Strategy & Operations, Molly Silvia, represented Infinityy on a national stage.

Out of a competitive pool, Infinityy was selected as one of only five organizations invited to present how our AI platform is reshaping the homebuying experience—with equity at the center.
And one thing was clear: responsible AI in real estate isn’t a feature. It’s infrastructure.

The Real Problem Isn’t Agents—It’s Design

Great real estate agents want to serve every buyer equally, but today’s experience makes that nearly impossible.

The system is:

  • Fragmented
  • Time-intensive
  • Dependent on availability
  • Inconsistent across buyers

Property discovery itself also hasn’t evolved fast enough. It still lacks real-time intelligence, interactivity, and accessibility. This creates a critical gap where the system wasn’t designed to scale fairness. The critical question becomes how the AI is designed, trained, and deployed.

Infinityy’s Perspective: Equity Must Be Built In

Infinityy recognizes and advances the belief that every buyer deserves equal access to the information and guidance that shapes one of the most important decisions of their life. Responsible AI, then, is about embedding equity into the architecture itself.

At Infinityy, responsible AI is operationalized across four key dimensions:

  • Geography: Context Matters: Buyers don’t just purchase homes—they choose neighborhoods.
  • Infinityy integrates property and neighborhood insights in one place, with transparent mapping powered by Google Maps. This ensures buyers have equal visibility into the context surrounding a home as well as the listing itself.
  • Time – Access Shouldn’t Be Limited by Schedule: Traditional homebuying depends on agent availability. Infinityy’s AI assistant is always on, delivering real-time answers 24/7. Whether someone is searching at 10 a.m. or 10 p.m., they receive the same level of support. Access to information shouldn’t depend on your work schedule.
  • Access Beyond Physical Presence: Not every buyer can visit a property in person to engage meaningfully. Infinityy enables audio-guided tours, visually assisted experiences, and fully interactive virtual listings to removes barriers for buyers and create a more inclusive experience by design.
  • Language – Multilingual by Default: Language remains one of the biggest barriers in real estate. Infinityy’s AI supports 70+ languages, ensuring that buyers can engage in the language they’re most comfortable with.
  • Built on MLS Standards: Responsible AI also depends on the integrity of the data behind it. Infinityy is built using:
    • MLS data
    • Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) standards
    • Fair Housing guidelines
    • Verified inputs from listing agents and property managers

This structured approach allows us to minimize hallucinations, maintain accuracy and ensure compliance. If and when AI cannot deliver the answer, it seamlessly connects the buyer to a real, knowledgeable human, the listing agent, ensuring continuity and trust.

The Market Is Already Moving

According to NFHA’s 2025 Trends Report:

  • 82% of Americans now use AI tools for housing insights
  • 62% say agents make them smarter about the market
  • 61% say the same about AI

AI isn’t replacing agents. It is redefining how their expertise is delivered.

Infinityy is proud to continue working alongside the National Fair Housing Alliance AI Lab to help shape the future of responsible AI in real estate. Because the next generation of homebuying will be equitable, by design.
