The Challenge

In November 2022, Brooke Group Real Estate agent Denzell Smith, in his first year as a real estate agent, took over a home listing that had been on and off the market since 2019. Smith was the fourth realtor to be placed on the listing, and each previous time the home had been listed, it had been on the market for over 150 days — even amidst the pandemic, when real estate activity was at its peak.

Upon taking the listing, Smith and the Brooke team contemplated the list price and ultimately decided to maintain the previous list price of $1.5 million, as they saw the clear value in the property — and an opportunity instead to deploy better marketing tactics to sell the home.

The Solution
