We’re proud to share that Infinityy was recently featured in Inman, one of the most widely read publications in the real estate industry, and the coverage speaks to our core belief that when AI answers a homebuyer’s questions about a neighborhood, those answers need to be right.
Inman’s Tech Roundup highlighted Local Logic’s launch of a hosted Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, a new way to connect AI applications directly to Local Logic’s verified location data. Its purpose is to reduce the hallucinated neighborhood facts that general-purpose language models are known to produce. Inman noted that the MCP is already live in Infinityy’s platform.
Why Neighborhood Facts Are Hard for AI
Ask a popular AI tool what it’s like to live in a neighborhood and you’ll get a confident, fluent answer in seconds. The problem is that the facts that shape a home decision, like nearby transit, parks, schools, and walkability, aren’t reliably captured in a model’s training data. When a model guesses, it can invent details that sound believable and send a buyer in the wrong direction.
The MCP takes a different approach. Instead of relying on memory, the model connects to Local Logic’s verified location data at the moment a question is asked. In Local Logic’s testing across seven models and 490 neighborhood questions, grounding models in this data produced up to 2.3 times more verified facts per answer. A small, low-cost model connected to the data reached 97.6 percent accuracy, at roughly one-seventh of the cost per answer of a larger model working without it.
Trustworthy Decision Intelligence
For Infinityy, this integration is about trust. As CEO Lisa Nickerson puts it, “Providing buyers and renters the right information at the moment questions arise makes the difference between a prospect continuing to engage or moving on.” A buyer weighing a neighborhood they don’t know well needs an answer they can rely on right then, and that is exactly the moment Infinityy is built for.
With the Local Logic MCP, Fin, Infinityy’s AI-powered assistant, gets access to verifiable neighborhood intelligence through a single connection. This helps real estate professionals give buyers and renters the information they’re looking for, when they’re looking for it, and move more conversations toward a purchase or lease.
Built on Our Partnership with Local Logic
This builds on the partnership we announced with Local Logic earlier this year, which brought neighborhood intelligence directly into the Infinityy listing experience. The MCP takes that foundation a step further, ensuring the AI experience running through Infinityy stays connected to trusted, measured data.
As Inman’s coverage points out, the accuracy of an AI assistant’s neighborhood claims increasingly depends on whether it’s grounded in verified data. That’s the standard we’re building toward at Infinityy.
We’re grateful to Inman for the coverage and excited for what’s next as more location data becomes available through MCP.
