Infinityy CEO Lisa Nickerson took the stage at Blueprint 2026 in Las Vegas this fall, joining a panel of real estate leaders on how AI is reshaping the way the industry serves customers. The conversation drew coverage from GlobeSt, which featured Lisa’s insights in the article “Real Estate Firms Turn Customer Conversations Into AI Insights” by Richard Berger.
Lisa shared the panel with Courtney Cooper, partner at Alate and head of myVenture at myAbode, and Cheryl King, VP of business development and operations at Fidelity. Together they explored where AI genuinely helps, from resident engagement to prospect research to touring, and where people still need to stay firmly in the loop.
Faster Work, Higher Expectations
AI is making real estate professionals faster, but as the tools speed things up, clients and colleagues expect more to be delivered in the same amount of time.
The pace of AI development can feel intimidating, and some professionals struggle to keep up. Even early adopters get frustrated when a chatbot misreads a request. The takeaway: Speed is only valuable when the tools fit how people actually work.
Accuracy Still Matters: Go to the Source
In the discussion, Lisa also flagged a risk that comes with faster information gathering. Property details surfaced by general-purpose tools like ChatGPT aren’t always right. Her advice was to lean on the MLS and on local, owner-provided data, which reflect a property’s real amenities and location details.
AI can get you to an answer quickly, but teams still need to verify it before a client relies on it.
Making Virtual Tours Truly Collaborative
Infinityy applies AI to one of the most time-consuming parts of the business: showing properties. The immersive platform lets agents tour homes and explore neighborhoods virtually alongside buyers, even when everyone is in a different place. The agent guides the shared view through the property while prospects follow along and talk with them directly.
Buyers can also bring in the people who help them decide. In a real-time experience similar to a video call, they can share videos, images and property details with family and friends, so the whole decision circle is part of the conversation.
“That means fewer wasted showings, better-qualified leads, and more space in your day.”

Technology That Keeps People Connected
The thread running through the Blueprint panel, and through GlobeSt’s coverage, was that AI should make interactions more efficient without replacing the human relationships that help customers make confident decisions. That’s the balance Infinityy is built around. The platform uses technology to cut wasted time while keeping agents and buyers in direct, meaningful conversation.
Thank you to the Blueprint team for the invitation, to fellow panelists Courtney Cooper and Cheryl King for a great discussion, and to GlobeSt and Richard Berger for featuring the conversation.
