We’re proud to share that Infinityy was recently featured in Inman, one of the most widely read publications in the real estate industry and the coverage centers on something we believe is a genuine inflection point for how agents and consumers experience listings.
The article highlights our new partnership with Local Logic, a company that powers neighborhood intelligence for some of the biggest names in real estate, including Redfin, Realtor.com, RE/MAX International, and others, reaching roughly a billion views per month across platforms. Together, we’re embedding that rich, hyperlocal data layer directly inside the Infinityy listing experience.
What This Means for Agents
For agents, this partnership does something that’s been missing from the industry for a long time: it connects the what of a property to the why of a neighborhood, all inside one seamless, AI-powered experience.
Local Logic’s data goes far beyond a basic walk score. Their weighted algorithm factors in crosswalks, traffic volume, tree canopy, noise levels, proximity to emergency services, and thousands of additional data points. It also includes neighborhood value drivers, the data science behind why a neighborhood is priced the way it is. That’s the kind of intelligence that turns an agent from a tour guide into a trusted advisor.
And critically, it’s built around conversations, not data dumps. As Local Logic’s EVP of Sales and Strategic Partnerships Audrey Whittington put it: agents can use this information to say, “Here’s why you want to price the house this way, or here’s what’s driving the values in this area.” That’s a different kind of conversation, and it’s the kind that builds relationships and closes deals.
The Decision Layer
For Infinityy CEO Lisa Nickerson, the most important outcome of this partnership is what she calls the “decision layer” — and it’s the heart of why we built Infinityy in the first place.
“It’s not about how much information you can give someone — it’s about having the right information and answers to specific questions. And I think we’re just at the beginning of where this can go.” — Lisa Nickerson, CEO, Infinityy
Consumers aren’t overwhelmed by a lack of information. They’re overwhelmed by the wrong information at the wrong time. A buyer looking at a home in a city they’ve never lived in, or even a neighborhood a mile from where they’ve lived for 20 years, needs immediate, specific answers. Where’s the nearest grocery store? What’s the commute like? What kind of people live here, and what does it feel like to walk around at night?
Those questions don’t get answered by adding more photos or filter options. They get answered by creating an intelligent experience that meets the buyer where they are, in the moment they’re curious, not after they fill out a form and wait for a callback.

Why This Matters Right Now
The Inman article points to a striking stat: one in four U.S. homebuyers explored homes across state lines last year, and out-of-market demand now accounts for the majority of home-search activity across most major U.S. metros.
But as the team noted in the piece, the out-of-state framing almost undersells it:
“We’re all a little out of state when we move.”
Whittington echoed this with a personal story, moving just one mile from a home she’d lived in for 24 years, and finding the neighborhood completely different. Same town. Same general area. Completely different lived experience.
That’s the problem neighborhood intelligence solves. And that’s why putting it directly inside the listing changes what agents can offer their clients.
Live Now for Premium Members
The Local Logic neighborhood intelligence integration is live now for Infinityy premium members. For agents working within the Miami MLS through the MIAMI Association of REALTORS®, the data is also available directly inside Matrix, the same trusted dataset, consistent across the entire workflow.
That consistency matters. As Whittington noted, agents and consumers build trust in data. When that data is the same whether you’re in an Infinityy listing or inside your MLS, that trust carries through every interaction.
The Bigger Picture
This partnership is one piece of a larger vision: listings that aren’t static advertisements, but intelligent decision environments, where AI, neighborhood context, and human expertise come together to help buyers make confident decisions and help agents build deeper, longer-lasting relationships.
We’re grateful for the Inman coverage and even more excited about what comes next.
