We’re excited to share that Infinityy was recently featured in REALTOR® Magazine, the flagship publication of the National Association of REALTORS®, in a piece by contributing editor Melissa Dittmann Tracey titled “Home Listings Are Talking Back to Buyers.”
The coverage captures how the online home search experience has been outdated and broken for a long time, and how AI and innovation will help both agent business growth, and buyer experience.
The Problem With “More Information”
The article opens with a simple but important observation: listings were built to inform, not interact. More photos, more data points, more filters. The industry kept adding, and consumers kept feeling overwhelmed.
As Lisa Nickerson, our CEO, told NAR:
“Consumers aren’t actually looking for more information. They’re looking for clarity. They want immediate answers to their specific questions.”
That distinction shapes everything about how Infinityy works. The goal was to build an environment where buyers can explore, ask questions, and get guidance in the moment they’re most curious, without leaving the listing to find answers somewhere else.
How It Works for Buyers
The AI assistant inside an Infinityy listing functions like a knowledgeable guide available 24/7. Buyers can ask conversational questions about layout, finishes, HOA details, commute times, nearby schools, walkability, and local market context. The experience adapts based on what each buyer wants to know, and it supports more than 75 languages, so listings can speak to buyers in the language they’re most comfortable using.
Through our integration with Google Street View, buyers can explore the streets and spaces surrounding a property from anywhere in the world. And through our partnership with Local Logic, the experience now includes rich neighborhood intelligence – walkability, lifestyle scores, demographics, transit, amenities, and market dynamics – woven directly into the listing itself.
When a buyer is ready to connect, they can reach the listing agent instantly through text, voice, or live collaborative video without ever leaving the experience.
Better Leads, Not Just More Leads
One of the most meaningful parts of the REALTOR® Magazine feature is the conversation around lead quality.
The platform tracks how long a buyer spends inside a listing, which spaces they focus on, what questions they ask, whether they revisit, what neighborhood data they explore, and whether they invite a spouse, family member, or agent into the experience.
By the time an agent picks up the phone for a follow-up, they already have a transcript and summary of that buyer’s entire tour. They know what mattered, what questions came up, and where the buyer is in their decision. That’s a fundamentally different starting point for a conversation.
AI That Strengthens the Agent, Not Replaces Them
The article closes with a line that reflects Infinityy’s core philosophy:
“The future of real estate isn’t AI or humans. It’s AI empowering humans to create more informed, immediate and meaningful consumer experiences.”
Infinityy is designed and trained to operate within fair housing guidelines and compliance standards, handling the exploration and discovery layer so agents can focus on the expertise and relationship-building that only they can provide.
From REACH to the MLS
This REALTOR® Magazine feature is especially meaningful given our history with the National Association of REALTORS®. Infinityy has the distinction of being the first technology company accepted into both the residential and commercial cohorts of NAR’s Second Century Ventures REACH program. REACH is one of the most competitive and respected accelerators in real estate technology, and being recognized across both sides of the industry reflects the breadth of what we’re building.
That foundation has helped us move fast. We now have nearly 60,000 members of the Miami Association of REALTORS® and Miami MLS with access to Infinityy’s platform directly through their MLS, making adoption seamless at scale.
We’re grateful to Melissa Dittmann Tracey and the REALTOR® Magazine team for telling this story, and even more grateful to the agents and brokerages who are already using Infinityy to transform what a listing can do.
The shift from static page to intelligent decision environment is underway. We’re just getting started.
