You'll be the permanent design owner for Infinityy's agent side: the dashboard agents use to manage listings, leads and showings, the upgrade path, and a new agent mobile app. The product's foundation is strong; the work is making every workflow carry through to the final step. You'll bring a design planning step to a team that has moved fast without one.

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end design for the agent experience: listing setup, lead management, scheduling, analytics and account upgrades
  • Design the agent mobile app from first concept to shipped v1, mobile-first
  • Plan before pixels: map flows, edge cases and states before engineering starts, and hand off specs engineers can build from
  • Work in Figma and grow our design system so design and code stay in step
  • Design how agents work with Fin, our AI guide, including editing listing narratives and acting on lead insights
  • Run quick research with agents and brokers: interviews, usability tests and analytics reviews
  • Partner with the Program Manager on timelines and with front-end engineers through build and QA
  • Present work to the CEO for approval, with clear rationale and tradeoffs

What you'll bring

  • 4+ years of product design for SaaS or two-sided marketplaces, with shipped work you can walk through
  • A portfolio showing complex workflows (dashboards, CRM, scheduling or similar), not just marketing pages
  • Native mobile app design experience (iOS and Android patterns)
  • Strong Figma skills, including components, variables and prototyping
  • Comfort doing your own lightweight research and turning it into decisions
  • Daily use of AI tools in your design process (prototyping, research synthesis, copy)
  • Clear communication with engineers and executives; you can defend a decision without being precious about it

Nice to have

  • Real estate, proptech or agent/broker tools experience
  • Designing AI or LLM-powered features
  • Design systems or front-end coding (HTML/CSS, React) fluency
  • Experience as an early or solo designer at a startup

First 90 days

  • 30: agent-side audit and journey map; design system inventory
  • 60: agent mobile app flows and v1 scope approved
  • 90: first agent-side releases shipped from your specs; you own agent design outright
