Infinityy's value depends on data flowing in and out cleanly: MLS listings, property management systems, lead data and the context that feeds Fin, our AI guide. You'll build out a thin API layer into a solid platform and own our PMS and MLS integrations after launch. This is hands-on, early-stage work with real architectural ownership.

What you'll do

  • Design, build and maintain backend services and APIs in C#/.NET that power the viewer, agent dashboard and mobile apps
  • Build out the API layer: versioning, auth, rate limits, documentation and the endpoints front-end and mobile need
  • Own PMS and lead-system integrations (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, AppFolio, Funnel, BetterBot) and MLS feeds, including syncing, error handling and monitoring
  • Work with SQL Server and MongoDB; design schemas and data pipelines for listings, leads and engagement events
  • Build cloud-native services on Azure or AWS (Functions/Lambda, Service Bus/SQS, Event Grid/EventBridge)
  • Integrate LLM features and data sources (such as Local Logic) into Fin, including retrieval and grounding pipelines
  • Build for reliability, observability and security, including groundwork for SOC 2
  • Contribute to CI/CD and release automation; join an on-call rotation as the team grows
  • Use AI coding agents (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor) as part of your daily workflow

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of professional backend development
  • Strong C#/.NET and production-grade API experience
  • Third-party integration experience: you've built and maintained syncs with external systems you don't control
  • Hands-on with relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
  • Experience deploying on Azure or AWS with cloud-native messaging and serverless tools
  • Solid grasp of distributed systems, event-driven architecture and data modeling
  • Recent, real-world use of AI coding agents
  • Ownership mindset and comfort in a seed-stage environment

Nice to have

  • Real estate data experience: RESO/MLS feeds, Yardi or RealPage APIs
  • LLM integration, embeddings, RAG or agent frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AI Foundry)
  • TypeScript or Python
  • DevOps and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Kubernetes, Pulumi)
  • Startup experience

First 90 days

  • 30: own the API layer docs and the integration backlog; take over from contractors
  • 60: first PMS integration rebuilt or hardened with monitoring and alerts
  • 90: API v1 documented and stable for mobile; integration error rates tracked
