Infinityy is bringing its AI-driven, decision-making platform to senior living through a portfolio-wide partnership with Maplewood Senior Living and its luxury brand, Inspīr. ConnectCRE covered the news on October 15, 2026, framing it as a strategic move into a new category for the Boston-based company.
The deal puts Infinityy in every Maplewood and Inspīr community. It is also the latest sign that Infinityy is building something bigger than a single-market listings tool: a platform that works wherever people make high-stakes decisions about places and spaces.
Why senior living
Choosing a senior living community is rarely one person's decision, and rarely just about the apartment. Prospective residents and their families want to understand care and amenities, but also nearby healthcare, walkability, dining, cultural access and the feel of the surrounding neighborhood.
Infinityy CEO Lisa Nickerson called senior living one of the clearest examples of why "the decision-making layer for places and spaces matters." She pointed out that these choices are deeply personal and often involve several family members spread across cities, countries and time zones. Infinityy's role, as she describes it, is to give everyone the information, context and human connection they need when questions come up.
Nickerson also credited Maplewood and Inspīr with seeing technology as something that should bring people closer together rather than stand between them. That is a meaningful point in a category where trust and personal relationships drive the final decision.
The rollout
The platform launches first at two flagship Inspīr communities: Inspīr Embassy Row in Washington, DC, and Inspīr Carnegie Hill on Manhattan's Upper East Side. Both sit in dense, culturally rich neighborhoods, exactly the kind of setting where context about the surrounding area adds real value for families comparing options.
After the DC and New York debuts, Infinityy will scale across Maplewood's full portfolio of communities in the Northeast and Ohio.
Expanding across verticals
Senior living is not a one-off detour for Infinityy. It is one more vertical in a deliberate expansion across real estate categories, built on the same idea: wherever people weigh a property against the life around it, they need more than photos and a floor plan.
The pattern carries from one category to the next. A buyer, tenant or family member has questions that go beyond the unit itself, and often more than one person is involved in the answer. Infinityy's AI-powered platform is designed to meet them with information and context, then connect them to a person when it counts.
Senior living may be the sharpest test of that model yet. The decisions are emotional, the stakeholders are scattered, and the cost of a poor fit is high. Succeeding here strengthens the case that Infinityy's approach travels well across every type of place and space.
What comes next
With Embassy Row and Carnegie Hill leading the way and the rest of Maplewood's portfolio to follow, the partnership gives Infinityy a substantial footprint in a new category. Watch for the platform to keep moving into new verticals as the model proves itself.
